PRIZE: $500 Ticketmaster gift card + $500 Warehouse One gift card

We are thrilled to be offering you an opportunity to win a $500 gift card for Ticketmaster and a $500 gift card for Warehouse One, just in time for summer concerts! 

1. Sponsor 

Our contest is sponsored by Warehouse One with headquarters at 1530 Gamble Place in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We want to emphasize that making a purchase is not necessary to enter or win the contest. Your chances of winning will not increase with a purchase. 

2. How to Enter 

To enter, complete the entry ballot on our official Facebook page, Instagram accounts, or at warehouseone.com. Our team will carefully review all submissions to ensure they comply with our guidelines. 

 Please be aware that the only official contest is hosted on our verified social pages, and exclusively on warehouseone.com. It is crucial to note that we would never request your credit card or sensitive information through social media or as part of the contest entry process. Your security is of utmost importance to us. 

 All entries become the property of Warehouse One and will not be returned. 

3. Drawing 

The contest runs from Saturday, February 15, 2025, to Monday, March 31, 2025. The winner will be randomly drawn once the contest has ended.  

4. Eligibility 

The contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older as of the first day of the month they enter the contest. Employees or agents of Warehouse One, its affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and immediate family members living in the same household are not eligible to participate. 

 Quebec Residents: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.  

5. Prizes 

There will only be one (1) winner drawn after the contest ends. The maximum value of the prize is two $500 gift cards that cannot be redeemed in cash. The winner can select any Ticketmaster event in Canada of their choosing. The gift card has no cash value & cannot be exchanged.  

No refunds or returns are permitted. 

6. Odds 

The odds of winning the $500 gift card depends on the total number of qualifying entries received, and the number of eligible, non-purchase entries.

7. Winner Notification/Prize Awards 

If you are selected as a winner, we will notify you via email or registered mail. To claim your prize, you will need to meet the following requirements: 

• Correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question without any assistance during a pre-arranged telephone call.  
• Sign and return our standard “Declaration and Release Form” within 21 days from the time the prize notification package is emailed. This form confirms your compliance with the contest rules and releases Warehouse One from any liability relating to the contest. 

8. Additional Terms 

By participating in the contest, you agree to these Official Contest Rules and the decisions made by Warehouse One, which will be final in all respects. When you enter the contest, you release Warehouse One, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, administrators, employees, shareholders, agents, and insurers from any liability, claims, damages, demands, actions, or causes of action that may directly or indirectly arise from your participation in the contest or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. 

Furthermore, if you win a prize, you agree to allow Warehouse One and its designees to use your name, voice, declarations related to the contest, likeness, photograph, city, and province or territory of residence for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. 

9. Limitation of Liability 

Warehouse One shall not be responsible for any print or typographical errors in contest-related materials. We will not be liable for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible non-purchase entries, or for any postage-related issues with non-purchase entries. We also deny responsibility for any electronic data transmission issues, equipment failures, or other failures that may occur during participation in this contest. If, for any reason beyond our control, the contest cannot run as planned, including instances of fraud, technical failures, computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause, Warehouse One reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest, in whole or in part. Entries that are reproduced, fraudulent, illegible, altered, incomplete, or tampered with will be considered invalid. 

10. Privacy Policy  

By entering this contest, you consent to Warehouse One and its promotional agencies storing and using the personal information you submit for the purpose of administering the contest in accordance with these Official Contest Rules. This includes sharing the names and cities/provinces of the contest winners on platforms such as our website and social media. We value your privacy and will oversee your information with utmost care.
